Please review the following terms carefully before making a reservation with Tshang Ri. These terms govern your booking, stay, and use of our services.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Tshang Ri. A valid payment method is required to guarantee your booking. By completing a reservation, you confirm that all details provided — including dates, guest count, and contact information — are accurate.
Room rates are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of booking and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated. The total reservation amount, or an applicable deposit, will be charged at the time of booking confirmation. Remaining balances, if any, are due upon check-in.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Special rates, packages, or promotional bookings may carry different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Tshang Ri takes reasonable care to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests but is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables.
We may update these Terms & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable regulations. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
